Heidelberg Stahl Combination Folders:
Just about every fold configuration is possible with the versatility of these folding machines. Gatefolds, maps, bill inserts, and book signatures are part of our daily routine. Our folders are compatible with our fugitive glue system, perfect for sealing closed a folded mailer.
Rollem Perforation, Scoring, and Folding:
Final printed products are perforated and/or scored with high quality scores and counter scores, then processed into folding plates to produce complete finished brochures, covers, and direct mail products.
Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers:
High speed wire stitching is complemented by many automated features that help to eliminate errors, increase efficiencies, and produce an overall higher quality product. Other features include miniature wire stitches for small books, such as CD booklets; multiple cutting knives for doing 2-up books; loop stitching; and, in-line shrink wrapping, to only mention a few.
Muller Martini Perfect Binder/OTABIND™:
Our 20-pocket perfect binder is the best of both worlds. Custom built for Dome Printing, this binder gives us the ability to switch back and forth from standard perfect binding to OTABIND layflat binding. In fact, Dome Printing is one of a few select companies licensed worldwide to provide layflat binding. And our binding line is complete from start to finish. Books are collated, glue bound, cured, trimmed, inspected, shrink wrapped, and boxed all in one production line.
Moll Pocket Folder Auto Glue Machine:
This machine is primarily used for automatic gluing (hot melt glue) and folding of presentation folders. Other uses include CD folders, video boxes, and other lightweight boxes. Other capabilities include fugitive glue and remoistenable glue.
3M Application System:
